Related to NW Old Cordilleran lanceolates found on the Lower Columbia and Fraser River drainage (Glenrose, Milliken), and Owl Cave site in Idaho the platform base with weak heavily ground shouldered variants such as this are the early forms and some examples have been found to predate 10,000+ bp on the Fraser. With all the early Paleo California sites it is likely this is an example from these ancient Paleo Maritime peoples.
